Mike Webb

Mike Webb has lived most of his life in Tucson, Arizona.   After graduating from high school, Mike spent six years in the United States Coast Guard. 
Mr. Jim Click met him and encouraged him to become part of his successful sales management team in 1983.  Like many others he had the urge to operate his own business and established a car lot in 1991. In 2008, the Executive Vice President of Jim Click Automotive enticed him to come back. 
Mike is currently, Director of Commercial Accounts and Business Preferred. He has a major responsibility for purchasing and maintaining the vehicle inventory.

Jerry Poore

Jerry Poore, Business Preferred Manger, has worked for the Jim Click Automotive Team for eight years. Positions include sales, business development, human resources recruiter, and special projects. Jerry has formal education in business management, accounting, and humanistic psychology. He has worked in a variety of industries including petro-chemical, banking, retail, psychotherapy, and organizational consulting. Jerry relocated to Tucson in 1978 from Ohio. He is married and has four adult children. His non-working time is spent golfing, reading, writing, and enjoying the Tucson weather. He is a sports fan of the University of Arizona Wildcats, particularly basketball. He has a professional interest in the attributes of people-centric management. He strongly believes that most success comes when we focus on helping people accomplish their goals. Jerry is co-chair of the Board at the American Red Cross, Board of Directors for PEERS, Advisory Board of Ben’s Bells.

Ed Palma

Ed Palma, Business Development Manager, has worked for the Jim Click Automotive Team for thirteen years. His Jim Click career includes vehicle sales, greeter, corporate safety director, and was the company’s Loaned Executive to the United Way in 2008. Ed is married and has three adult children and eleven grandchildren. He is a life-long resident of Arizona and served in three branches of the military. His formal education is in public administration and business management. Ed has worked in several industries, including retail, banking, urban development, and mining. His leisure time include spending time with his family and grandchildren, hiking, and is an avid sports fan. He particular likes football and the Arizona Wildcats. He is chairperson for the Loaned Executive program of the United Way and is active in several events that help benefit the Tucson community.
