It’s close to that time again: The Star’s Fall Performing Arts Preview.

If you are with a performing arts group, you want to be included in the special pullout section — a keeper for arts lovers wanting to plan their fall entertainment.

So, here’s what to do:

Send us the name of the group, the event, dates (no need to include times), the venue (with address), web address and phone number the public can call for reservations and more information. If you are a theater company, please include the playwright and a short description of the play. Send us your programs through early January; we’ll do another arts preview in the spring.

The preview will be published in early September, and the drop-dead deadline for submissions is  Aug. 10.
